EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the promotion of Brian Castellano and the addition of Karen Maurer to the Administration Department.

Brian Castellano has been promoted to Senior Director of IT.  Brian began his career with Regency in March 2015 as an IT Manager and in January 2021 he was promoted to Director of IT. Brian is a graduate of WGU with a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity.

Karen Maurer will take on the role of Legal Secretary and join our Legal team. Karen is a graduate of Indiana Vocational Technical College with an Associate degree in Secretarial Science with a Legal minor. Karen has over 30 years of legal experience. Most recently, she held the position of Legal Assistant at Jackson Kelly PLLC.
