EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the addition of Ethan Brawdy and Reid Davenport to their staff for the summer. Each year, Regency Properties selects a group of talented college students to work alongside employees to gain valuable experience and insight in a corporate setting.
Ethan Brawdy has joined the Lease Administration department as their Intern. He is a sophomore at the University of Indiana. Brawdy is expected to graduate in May 2026 with a co-major in Real Estate and Finance. Ethan is involved in the Real Estate club at IU and plans on joining the collegiate entrepreneurial organization.
Reid Davenport has joined the Asset Management department as their Intern. He is a senior at Murray State University. Davenport is expected to graduate in May 2024 with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with a minor in Non-Profit Studies. Reid is a member of the Senator-At-Large Student Government Association, UNICEF, and is a Governor Scholar Alumni. Reid is on the President’s List and is the Vice President of Murray BCM. Davenport plans to obtain his MBA following graduation.
