Regency Properties is pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa Parsons to Director of Lease Administration, recognizing her leadership and continued contributions to the company’s leasing operations.
In her new role, Lisa will be responsible for landlord and tenant lease compliance, accounts receivable, and collection efforts. She will also oversee the lease administration function, which includes the preparation, organization, and execution of lease documentation while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across the company’s leasing processes. Her work supports both internal teams and tenant relationships by helping maintain smooth and reliable lease management and operation systems.
Lisa joined Regency with a strong background in contract administration, budgeting, and forecasting. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Harrison College in Indianapolis and previously worked with White Stallion Energy before bringing her expertise to Regency’s leasing team.
Since joining the company, Lisa has played an important role in supporting Regency’s growing portfolio, contributing to the coordination and documentation processes that help keep transactions moving forward and properties operating smoothly.
“Lisa has consistently demonstrated strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of the operational side of our leasing platform,” said Jamie Edmonson, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. “Her leadership and experience make her well-suited to guide our lease administration efforts as our portfolio continues to grow. We are excited to see her step into this expanded role.”
