EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the promotion of Brian Bell and the addition of Dan Brandon and Ann Leek to the Property Management team.
Brian Bell has been promoted to Maintenance Technician III. Bell initially began his career with Regency in the summer of 2016 as a Maintenance Technician and in February 2021 he was promoted to Maintenance Technician II. This promotion reflects Brian’s technical expertise and outstanding service to our properties.
Dan Brandon has been appointed to the position of Senior Director of Property Management. In this role, Dan will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and oversight for the Property Management department. He will also be responsible for managing communications with the owners and tenants to ensure success in achieving operating goals and objectives.
Dan joined Regency Properties in 2015 as the Director of Leasing. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in telecommunications from Ball State University and a Master of Business Administration degree in management with a focus on organizational development and design from Indiana University. He also earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation through the CCIM institute, formerly known as Commercial Investment Real Estate of the National Association of Realtors.
Ann Leek has joined the Regency Team and will take on the role of Senior Property Management Coordinator. In this role, Ann will support the property management department in day-to-day activity, assisting the property manager in contract management and creation, and developing and maintaining vendor relationships.
Ann earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at the University of Southern Indiana. Most recently, she held the position of Tenant Manager at Fetter Properties Management. Ann is from Newburgh, Indiana and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
