Since 1998, the Real Estate Award for Customer Service Excellence, also known as the ‘A List’ award, has become the industry-leading benchmark for property performance and tenant satisfaction. Each year, CEL & Associates Inc. conducts more than 2.5 million tenant surveys to measure performance of commercial properties throughout the country.

Based on the survey responses, Regency Properties is proud to be recognized as an industry leader in tenant satisfaction with the 2016 National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence. This is the fourth consecutive award for Regency Properties, which also won the “A List” award in 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015.
