REGENCY CSP FUND II
Our newest fund which launched in 2022 raised approximately $22 million in capital commitments from both existing and new investors. In accordance with the Fund’s objective to create a diversified portfolio of anchored community shopping centers , the fund acquired six anchored shopping centers located in “county-seat” communities across four states totaling 719,160 square feet of gross leasable area. These county seat communities generally have trade are populations greater than 10,000 and are the center of economic and/or government activity for the surrounding area, and generally are located outside a major metropolitan area. The company refers to this strategy as the Fund’s County Seat Program.
