KEVIN HAMMETT, CSM, CLS

PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Hammett was appointed President/Chief Executive Officer of Regency on January 1, 2012. In this role, Mr. Hammett has responsibility for the strategic direction of Regency. Mr. Hammett joined Regency in July 2007 as the Vice President of Accounting and Finance/Chief Financial Officer. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern Indiana and completed the Harvard University School of Design’s Advance Management Development Program. Mr. Hammett has held professional designations as a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and Certified Management Accountant. He is a member of Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers and is recognized as a Certified Shopping Center Manager and Certified Leasing Specialist.

JIM WITTMAN, CCIM, CRRP, CRX, CLS

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mr. Wittman additionally serves in the capacity of President of Regency Property Services, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Regency. He is responsible for the strategic direction of Regency’s property management subsidiary including Client Services, Facilities Management, Leasing, and Operations. Prior to joining Regency in 2000, Mr. Wittman managed a company for five years that owned retail establishments in several states, and he was a stockbroker preceding that. Mr. Wittman holds professional designations in the real estate industry as a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX), Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP), and the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) title. Mr. Wittman is professionally affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for which he has been a contributor on numerous panels, round-table discussions, and served as the organization’s Indiana Operations Chair. Mr. Wittman currently serves as an ambassador and the Indiana Government Relations chair for ICSC. In May 2019, he received the Excellence in Mentoring Award from the ICSC foundation. Mr. Wittman has held various positions with the Indiana Chapter of CCIM, including President. Mr. Wittman has also done consulting work for various retail projects.

Mr. Wittman serves on various not-for-profit boards, including Habitat for Humanity and Junior Achievement of Southwest Indiana, for whom he was the Chairman of the Board for 2 years. He is on the Board of Advisors of the Institute for Banking and Finance at the University of Evansville. Mr. Wittman is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics. In January 2020, he was presented with the Bicentennial Medal from Indiana University.

JEFF HOWELL, CSM, CEM

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

Serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Regency Properties, Mr. Howell provides the strategic direction and leadership for all acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management functions. Mr. Howell joined Regency Properties in January, 2004. As a seasoned executive and entrepreneur, Mr. Howell has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Regency, Mr. Howell served as a Key Account Manager and Technical Service Manager, among many other managerial positions for Vectren Corporation, a Fortune 1000 leading energy delivery corporation in Indiana and Ohio. During his time with Vectren, Mr. Howell founded Midwest Property Management Inc., a property management company focused on the management of residential and commercial real estate.

Mr. Howell received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Supervisions from Purdue University, a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Evansville, and an Executive MBA from the University of Evansville. Mr. Howell has also earned the designations of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Energy Manager (CEM). He is professionally affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers, a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Indiana, and he holds a general contractor’s license. Mr. Howell serves on a number of Boards of Directors and is a dedicated committee member for many local organizations. Most notably he is a member of the advisory board for the University of Evansville Schroeder Family School of Business; a Board Member for the Economic Development Coalition of Southwest Indiana; Treasurer for Bible Baptist Fellowship Church; as well as a Board Member for the Property Owners and Managers Association of Evansville.

TRACY STUTZ, PHR, SHRM-CP

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION

Ms. Stutz serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration to Regency. She joined Regency Properties in 2015. Ms. Stutz is an experienced human resources professional, with over 23 years of experience. Prior to joining Regency, Ms. Stutz worked with two national companies maintaining an upper level management role. She also holds several human resources certifications including: PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resources Management-Certified Professional), and EHRA (Evansville Human Resources Association) member.

Ms. Stutz received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She then continued her education and received her Master in Public Administration from Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee.

JONATHON FARMER

VICE PRESIDENT OF ACCOUNTING & TREASURER

Mr. Farmer has been appointed Vice President of Accounting and Treasurer with responsibility for Regency’s accounting, tax, financial planning and reporting functions.  Mr. Farmer has previously served in the role of Controller and Assistant Controller since joining Regency in 2019.  Mr. Farmer has previous experience in fund accounting and public accounting holding a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Indiana and Illinois. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Mr. Farmer received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri.  His civic engagements include serving as Rotary Club President, Elks Club Exalted Ruler, and Treasurer of The Brownsville School Foundation

vice president of asset management & finance

Mr. Folz has been appointed Vice President of Asset Management and Finance with responsibility for Regency’s asset management and finance functions. Mr. Folz joined Regency in May 2007 and has over 15 years of progressive experience in the field of real estate at Regency. Mr. Folz has previously held the positions of Senior Director of Asset Management, Director of Acquisitions, Leasing Representative, and Project Manager for Regency during his tenure. Mr. Folz also served as an intern at Regency while completing his college degree.

 

Mr. Folz received a Bachelor of Science in Business with Distinction from Indiana University with a triple major in Accounting, Finance-Real Estate, and Entrepreneurship. He is currently an alumni coordinator for Indiana University’s Center for Real Estate Studies. He is professionally affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers having earned the designation of Certified Leasing Specialist. He served as the organization’s Indiana Operations Chair for 3 years and Indiana Government Relations Chair for 2 years.  Mr. Folz is a Certified Public Accountant and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Indiana.
