Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the promotion of Jennifer Tabor to Director of Leasing. In this role, Jennifer will oversee the leasing activity for Regency-owned and managed properties, ensuring strong tenant relationships and continued portfolio performance.
Jennifer has worked with Regency Properties for more than eight years, expanding her role from the Coordinator of Leasing. to her most recent role as the Leasing and Marketing Manager. Throughout her tenure, she has played a key role in strengthening Regency’s leasing operations, supporting tenants, and contributing to the company’s strategic growth.
A native of Fort Branch, Indiana, Tabor is a graduate of Vincennes University, where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. Prior to joining Regency, she built a decade of experience as a paralegal professional—expertise that continues to support her strong attention to detail and complex contract management skills.
