EVANSVILLE, Ind. (February 22, 2024) — Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the promotion of Mishelle Conti, Ky Gray, and Lisa Parsons who have continued to make valuable contributions to the operations of the firm.

Mishelle Conti has been promoted to Senior Director of Leasing. Mishelle began her career with Regency in February 2013 as a Leasing Representative and was promoted to Director of Leasing in September 2021. In her new role, she will maintain responsibility for providing feedback, guidance, and strategic planning for leasing activity throughout the portfolio. Additionally, Mishelle will continue to serve as the Managing Broker for Regency.

Ky Gray has been promoted to Assistant Treasury Manager. Ky began her career with Regency in August 2022 as a Treasury Analyst and was promoted to Senior Treasury Analyst in April 2023. In her new role she will be assisting the Treasury Manager with processes of the Treasury Department including forecasting, concentration, liquidity, capital, escrows, and bank account management.

Lisa Parsons has been promoted to Senior Manager of Lease Administration. Lisa began her career with Regency in February 2021 as a Senior Leasing Coordinator and was promoted to Manager of Lease Administration in November 2021. In her new role, she will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the flow of lease agreements and other documentation for Regency owned and managed properties.
