Regency Properties Announces Growth Within Property Management Department, Promotes an Existing Employee and Adds Two New Employees

EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, is announcing exciting developments within the Property Management department, including the promotion of one employee and the hiring of two new employees.

Amy Ethridge has been promoted to Sr. Property Management Coordinator. Amy began her career with Regency in August 2023 as a Property Management Coordinator. In this new role, she will support the department and assist in the day-to-day management of her assigned properties, including developing strategic plans, working closely with vendors for services, and assisting with tenant moveouts.

Zaike Connor will take on the role of Maintenance Technician for Regency’s Southern Indiana properties. In this role, he will perform maintenance repairs, service requests, and work orders on behalf of Regency Property Services. Zaike most recently held the position of Heavy Equipment operator for Marshall Disposal.

Regina Hamman will take on the role of Sr. Property Management Coordinator. In this role, she will support the department and assist in the day-to-day management of her assigned properties, including developing strategic plans, working closely with vendors for services, and assisting with tenant moveouts. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Professional Services and holds a Master of Business Administration from Ball State University. She most recently held the position of Assistant Store Manager at Chico’s.
