EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the promotion of Mark Jordan.

Mark Jordan has been promoted to Maintenance Technician II. He initially began his career with Regency in April 2021 as a Maintenance Technician. Mark is responsible for maintaining Regency’s properties located in Mississippi and Alabama. In this role, he will perform maintenance repairs, service requests, and work orders. Mark will perform duties such as landscaping, sweeping parking lots, collecting trash, maintaining vacant spaces, and patrolling the common areas. In addition, he will aid the property manager in the security and safety of the properties and report any issues as they arise. Mark holds multiple certifications such as OSHA 10, CPR certified, and Introduction to Basic Electrical Drawings and Test Equipment.
