Regency Properties Promotes Ten Employees

EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, is pleased to announce many staff promotions for 2021. During the pandemic, Regency’s staff rose to the occasion. We had many staff members who were true assets to our team during this time of uncertainty. We would like to congratulate the following employees: Don Allen, Brian Bell, Amanda Bratcher, Brian Castellano, Link Dierks, Joann Guest, Shelah Kirk, Cheryl Powers, Joni Rahman and Warren Underwood.

Don Allen, Brian Bell and Warren Underwood have been promoted to Maintenance Technician II’s. Allen and Bell initially began their career with Regency in the summer of 2016 as a Maintenance Technician. Underwood began his career in October 2012 as a Maintenance Technician. This promotion reflects their increased education and certificates earned to better serve our Regency owned properties in their area.

Amanda Bratcher has been promoted to Senior Facilities Coordinator. She initially began her career with Regency in May 2014 as a Tenant Accounting Specialist, and most recently held a position as a Business Management Assistant. Amanda’s promotion reflects her initiative and leadership she has provided to the facilities department.

Brain Castellano has been promoted to Director of Information Technology. He initially began his career with Regency in May 2015 as an Information Technology Manager. Brian continues to earn IT certificates and drive a secure IT infrastructure.

Link Dierks has been promoted to Senior Asset Manager. He initially began his career with Regency in June 2018 as an Asset Management Analyst and has continually helped to improve the asset management department. Link has increased responsibilities in risk management, overseeing of capital expenditures, and the property evaluation of our 67 shopping centers in 19 states.

Joann Guest has been promoted to Senior Tenant Specialist. She initially began her career with Regency in June 2017 as a Tenant Accounting Specialist. Joann has over 15 years of administrative and customer service experience and provides our tenants with exceptional customer service.

Shelah Kirk has been promoted to Senior Treasury Analyst. She initially began her career with Regency in October 2000 and has held several positions within the accounting department. Shelah’s promotion reflects her increased responsibilities in our Treasure Management.

Cheryl Powers has been promoted to Senior Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. She initially began her career with Regency in May 1997 as a Receptionist. Cheryl’s promotion reflects years of dedication to Regency Properties providing satisfactory customer service to all our tenants and vendors.

Joni Rahman has been promoted to Senior Director of Administration. She initially began her career with Regency in May 2018 as a Director of Administration. Joni has increased responsibilities after leading the company through a full system conversion.

“Despite a difficult Covid-19 year, our company is stronger because of the dedication and leadership of these employees,” stated Tracy Stutz, Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. “We’re proud of all of our employees for not only getting through this difficult year, but for finding opportunities to enhance those that we serve.”
