Regency Announces Three Employee Promotions

Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the promotion of Chris Folz to Senior Director of Asset Management, Lacey McCammack to Senior Marketing Specialist, and Jennifer Tabor to Leasing Representative.

Regency Employee HeadshotChris initially completed an internship with Regency in 2005 and upon graduating from college, joined Regency full time in May 2007.  While at Regency, Chris has held the positions of Project Manager, Leasing Representative, and Director of Acquisitions.   In his new role, Chris will be responsible for all asset management functions as well as acquisitions. Chris is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, with a Bachelor of Science in Business with distinction.

 

 

 

Regency Employee HeadshotLacey began her career with Regency in March 2015 as the Leasing and Marketing Assistant.  In her new role, Lacey will have additional responsibilities in coordinating ICSC events, designing more creative files on Regency’s behalf and updating the website.  Lacey graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies.  She obtained a Technical Certificate in Visual Communications with an emphasis in Graphic Design from Ivy Tech in 2019.

 

 

 

Regency Employee HeadshotJennifer began her career with Regency in October 2017 as a Leasing Coordinator.  She graduated from Vincennes University with an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies and is currently working towards a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Practice from Boston University.  Her primary responsibility will be attracting and retaining tenants to Regency owned properties throughout the United States.
