Regency Properties Promotes Two Executive Members

EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Regency Commercial Associates (RCA), a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the promotions of two executives.

Jim Wittman has been promoted to Executive Vice President of RCA after previously serving as Senior Vice President. Wittman will continue in his role as the Chief Operating Officer. In addition, Wittman has also been appointed to the position of President of Regency Property Services LLC, the wholly-owned management company subsidiary of RCA.

In this role, Jim will be the senior officer of the management company and will be responsible for managing its profitability. Wittman holds professional designations in the real estate industry as a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX), Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP), and the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) title.

Tracy Stutz has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration after previously serving as Vice President. Stutz will continue her role in managing the Human Resources, Administration, and IT departments for the company. She holds several human resources certifications including: PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resources Management-Certified Professional), and EHRA (Evansville Human Resources Association) member.

“Both of these individuals have demonstrated key leadership and dedication to Regency over the years but these qualities were especially critical to the company’s success in navigating through the challenges of 2020“, stated Regency President and CEO Kevin Hammett.
