EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jake Riedford.

Jake Riedford has been promoted to Sr. Asset Management Analyst. Riedford began his career with Regency in February 2020 as an Asset Management Analyst. Jake is an Evansville native and graduated from Indiana University with his Bachelors in Math, Economics, and a minor in Business. He also earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana. He will be responsible for conducting quantitative, economic, and financial research and analysis efforts involving the long-term performance of Regency operating properties.  In his new role, he will be responsible for collecting and interpreting data, creating reports, and making recommendations to the Vice President of Asset Management based on research and analysis findings.
