EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces promotions for Sean Downs and Jenn Tabor.

Sean Downs has been promoted to Accounting Manager. Sean began his career with Regency in October 2018 as Staff Accountant and in January 2022 he was promoted to Senior Accountant. Sean graduated from Western Kentucky University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He recently earned a Master’s in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from the University of Southern Indiana.

Jenn Tabor has been promoted to Senior Leasing Representative. Jenn began her career with Regency in October 2017 as Leasing Coordinator and in February 2020 she became a Leasing Representative. Tabor graduated from Vincennes University with an associate degree in Paralegal Studies.
