EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, is pleased to announce three staff promotions. We would like to congratulate the following employees for their achievements: Sean Downs, Nadia Steele, and Brandon Taylor.

Sean Downs has been promoted to Senior Accountant. Sean began his career with Regency in October 2018 as a Staff Accountant. Sean graduated from Western Kentucky University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Nadia Steele has been promoted to Tenant Accounts Manager. Nadia began her career with Regency in October 2014 as an Administrative Assistant. She transferred to the Tenant Accounting Specialist position in May 2015 and was promoted to Sr. Tenant Accounting Specialist in January 2019. Nadia holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Leo University.

Brandon Taylor has been promoted to Senior Credit Analyst. Brandon began his career with Regency in March 2019 as a Credit Analyst. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Master of Arts degree in Applied Economics from Western Kentucky University. In addition, Brandon recently earned his Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
