EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jake Riedford.

Jake Riedford has been promoted to Asset Manager. Riedford began his career with Regency in February 2020 as an Asset Management Analyst and in May 2022 he was promoted to Sr. Asset Management Analyst. Jake is an Evansville native and graduated from Indiana University with his Bachelors in Math, Economics, and a minor in Business. He also earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana.

Riedford will be responsible for providing financial analysis to determine property performance and he will assist in determining acquisition and disposition of properties that Regency has identified for purchase or sale. He will also be responsible for the input and overview of the asset strategy plan as part of a comprehensive business plan for each property.
