Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, is pleased to announce the relocation of its principal office to 380 N. Cross Pointe Boulevard. With its staff more than doubling in size in the past three years, Regency required a larger office space to accommodate its growth. Regency’s new office is adjacent to its former location on Cross Pointe Boulevard and is proud to continue to call Evansville, Indiana home.

Currently, Regency has 45 employees and owns 51 properties totaling over 5 million square feet of retail commercial real estate.
