Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the addition of Harbor Freight and JOANN Stores to their national and regional tenant lineup at Germantown Shopping Center in Jasper, Indiana.  Germantown is an approximately 220,017 square foot neighborhood shopping center located at 3605 N. Newton Street.

Harbor Freight is a national retailer that carries a wide range of tools, hardware and other products for the home, garden and car.  Their new store will have approximately 16,291 square feet of space.  They are expecting to open their doors for business later this year.

JOANN is a national retail chain providing a wide range of fabrics, plus sewing and arts and crafts supplies.  Most of their stores also offer classes to their customers.  They will occupy approximately 14,036 square feet.  They expect to be open for business in Spring 2018.

“We are proud to serve a community like Jasper,” stated Jim Wittman, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.  “Harbor Freight and JOANN are both excellent National tenants to bring to this dynamic community.”

The mayor of Jasper, Terry Seitz, said, “The City of Jasper values the continued investments Regency Properties is making in our community which attracts retailers to our market.”

There are a limited number of available spaces left at Germantown, including one development opportunity in the outlot. The center is located directly across the street from Wal-Mart and is the dominant retail center in the market.
