Wabash Crossing West is a 135,866 square foot shopping center located at 1495 N. Cass Avenue, Wabash, Indiana 46992. Wabash Crossing West is anchored by key tenants such as Tractor Supply, Dunham’s Sports, J&K’s Pets Mega Pet, and Goody’s. Regency recently purchased Wabash Crossing East which makes this new location their second one in Wabash, Indiana.
Lowell Plaza is a 61,504 square foot shopping center located at 2052 East Commercial Avenue, Lowell, Indiana 46256. This center is anchored by national retailers like Dollar General and Shopko. The center also features regional and local tenants such as The UPS Store, Anytime Fitness, Hohman Floral, and Route 2 Wellness.
College Square Plaza is a 148,567 square foot shopping center located at 732 South College Avenue (State Road 231), Rensselaer, Indiana 47978. The shopping center is grocery anchored by Save-A-Lot. Other key tenants include Kem’s Hardware, Family Dollar, Anytime Fitness, Rent A Center, Walgreens, and Christian Clinic.
