Regency Properties Acquires Three New Centers in Indiana

Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, recently acquired three new shopping centers in northern Indiana.  Columbia Square, Monticello Marketplace, and Wabash East will add a combined 253,267 square feet to Regency’s expanding portfolio.

Columbia Square Shopping Center is a 123,340 square foot shopping center located at 621 Countryside Drive Columbia City, Indiana 46725.  Columbia Square is anchored by a newly renovated Kroger, and has a diverse national tenant mix including, Family Dollar, Goody’s, Rent-A-Center, and Tires Plus.

Monticello Marketplace Shopping Center is a 107,164 square foot shopping center located at 900 North Main Street, Monticello Indiana 47960.  This center is anchored by a Kroger grocery store with additional national tenants including Label Shopper, Pizza Hut, Ace Hardware, and Anytime Fitness.

Wabash Crossing East Shopping Center is a 22,763 square foot shopping center located at 1611 North Cass Street Wabash, Indiana 46992.  Positioned right off US Highway 24, this center features Wabash County Hospital, Check into Cash, Sky Nails, BMV, Ladd Dental, and AT&T store.
