Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, recently acquired Publix Village Square in Kendallville, Indiana. This is Regency’s 31st shopping center in Indiana and adds 100,013 square feet to its portfolio.
Publix Village Square is located at 310 W. North Street, Kendallville, Indiana and is the dominant shopping center in the market. The center is anchored by a Kroger grocery store and has a strong line up of national tenants including: Dollar General, Great Clips, and Shoe Sensation. There is also a large amount of opportunity at this center to fill the remaining vacancies.
