Regency Properties Acquires Kimmell Crossing

Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, recently acquired Kimmell Crossing in Vincennes, Indiana.  The shopping center will add 50,164 square feet to Regency’s nationwide portfolio.

Kimmell Crossing is located right off the Hart Street exit ramp of US Highway 41, with excellent visibility and traffic.  This is the dominant retail shopping center in the trade area, and is adjacent to Wal-Mart.  This center has an excellent national tenant lineup including, GNC, Dollar Tree, Sally Beauty, Maurices, and Cricket Wireless.
