EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, is pleased to announce four staff promotions. We would like to congratulate the following employees for their achievements: Julie Hammack, Brad Mills, Lisa Parsons, and Jessica Wildeman.
Julie Hammack has been promoted to Property Manager. Hammack began her career with Regency as a Business Management Assistant in December 2016. In May 2019, she was promoted to Sr. Business Management Assistant, and, in February 2021, Hammack was promoted again to Sr. Facilities Coordinator. In her new role, Julie will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of Regency Properties, ensuring that properties are operated in accordance with the landlord’s goals, and that properties are run efficiently.
Brad Mills has been promoted to Director of Engineering and Construction. He has over 12 years of experience in Construction Management and is registered as a Professional Engineer in Indiana. Mills began his career with Regency in January 2019 as the Construction Manager. Brad will be responsible for overseeing all construction and engineering projects, and planning for capital improvements for all Regency’s assets.
Lisa Parsons has been promoted to Manager of Lease Administration. Lisa began her career with Regency in February 2021 as Senior Coordinator of Leasing. Lisa will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the flow of lease agreements and other documentation for Regency owned and managed properties.
Jessica Wildeman has been promoted to Senior Director of Lease Administration and Marketing. Jessica began her career with Regency in May 2017 as Director of Marketing. In December 2020, Jessica was moved roles to the Director of Client Services. In her new role, Jessica will be responsible for landlord and tenant lease compliance, accounts receivable efforts and collections, and all corporate marketing and public relations.
