EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, is pleased to announce the promotion of Roger Brauser, Joann Guest, and Sarah Tabor.

Roger Brauser has been promoted to Director of Construction. Roger began his career with Regency in October 2022 as a Construction Manager. Brauser has over 20 years of experience in Project Management. In his new role, Roger will be responsible for the construction aspects of tenant leases.

Joann Guest has been promoted to Accountant. Joann began her career with Regency in May 2017 as a Tenant Accounting Specialist and in 2021 was promoted to Senior Tenant Specialist. Joann has over 15 years of customer service experience. In her new role, Joann will be responsible for intercompany billings, assisting with month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, and audit functions.

Sarah Tabor has been promoted to Director of Financial Reporting. Sarah began her career with Regency in 2019 as an accountant and in August 2022 she was promoted to Accounting Manager Budget & Forecast. In her new role, Sarah will be responsible for Financial Reporting and managing the budget and forecast cycles.
