EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the promotion of three employees. We would like to congratulate the following employees for their promotions: Ky Gray, Shelah Kirk, and Barry Paddock.
Ky Gray has been promoted to Senior Treasury Analyst. Gray began her career with Regency as a Treasury Analyst in August 2022. Ky has over six years of banking experience. In her new role she will be responsible for the company’s daily cash management, forecasting, concentration, and payment processing.
Shelah Kirk has been promoted to Treasury Manager. Kirk began her career with Regency in October 2000 and has held several positions within the accounting department, most recently being Senior Treasury Analyst. In her new role, she will be responsible for managing the company’s treasury functions. Kirk will oversee the day-to-day treasury operations and commercial banking functions.
Barry Paddock has been promoted to Vice President of Accounting and Treasurer. Paddock began his career with Regency as a Controller in February 2016. Since then, Barry has held the position of Senior Director of Financial Reporting and Planning and in 2021 he was promoted to Senior Director of Accounting. In his new role, Barry will be responsible for the management and direction of the accounting, financial planning, reporting, and internal control functions of the enterprise.
