Regency Welcomes Two New Employees

Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the addition of Ryan Black as Business Manager and Jonathon Farmer as Assistant Controller.

Black, an Evansville native, graduated from Western Kentucky University with his bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration. His experience includes customer service and banking, most recently as a Commercial Loan Officer for Peoples Trust & Savings Bank. He enjoys volunteering within the community and is currently a sitting board member for Vanderburgh County Community Center, Voices, and Newburgh Senior Center.

“We are excited to welcome Ryan,” stated Jim Wittman, Senior Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer. “His experience with customer service will be pivotal to our growing portfolio and helping maintain our award-winning customer service.”

Farmer, a Fairfield, IL native, graduated from the University of Illinois Springfield with his bachelor’s in Biology as well as from Columbia College with a bachelor’s in Accounting. He continued his education and earned his Masters of Business Administration from Lindenwood University. Farmer is a Certified Public Accountant and the Treasurer for the Brownsville School Foundation.

“Jonathon brings a wealth of experience,” stated Barry Paddock, Controller. “We are excited to add such an exceptional, qualified candidate to our team.”
