Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, has selected Emily Neumann as Director of Business Management. She will be responsible for overseeing the department staff, including business managers, business management assistants, and maintenance technicians. Neumann will support the business management staff in the day-to-day management of Regency’s 6.7 million square feet portfolio that stretches across 19 states.

Neumann, an Evansville native, began her career with Regency in 2004. She held several positions within the company, such as Administrative Assistant for Property Management, Business Analyst, and Acquisitions Manager. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.

“Emily has been instrumental in the success and growth of Regency and we are excited for her to lead our Business Management Department,” stated Jim Wittman, Senior Vice President of Operations. “She is a true asset to Regency as we continue to grow.”
