Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announced the addition of Travis Brooks to fill the Finance Manager position. Brooks will be responsible for overseeing the treasury and finance functions of the company.

Brooks, a Henderson, Kentucky native, graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics and a minor in Finance. Most recently, Brooks worked with One Main Financial as a, Senior Financial Analyst. Brooks is also a published author, he wrote in conjunction with Burnett, P. & Bassett, P. Estimating Quality of Life and Place with Location Theory: The McBucks Index.
