Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, added three new employees to their team. Regency has recently expanded their portfolio to include over 5.2 million square feet of retail shopping center space across 17 states, resulting in three positions being added.
Marcus Weatherford, an Evansville native, is joining the Business Management division as a Business Manager. He graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing, then continued his education and earned a MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Most recently, Weatherford worked for Vincennes University as their Upward Bound Director.
Rianna Hansen, a Chicago native, is filling the newly created position in Marketing, Administrative Assistant. Hansen moved to Evansville to attend the University of Evansville. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Hansen most recently had an internship with the Southwest Indiana Chamber of Commerce as an Indiana INTERNet intern.
Robert Waggoner, a Vincennes native, is the Winter Intern for Regency’s Acquisitions department. Waggoner is a junior at the University of Evansville majoring in Finance and is a Division 1 golfer for UE. He most recently worked for Walmart as a management intern.
