EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, welcomes Brian Simpson as Senior Director of Finance.

In this role, Mr. Simpson will supervise treasury funds and finance functions to include cash management and preparation of financial and credit analysis. Simpson will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and reporting of the financial performance of equity investments in the company’s real estate portfolio including operational/financial performance, property valuation, long term operating/capital strategy and planning, and capital allocation.

Mr. Simpson has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of audit, accounting, and commercial lending and investments. Brian graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.  He continued his education and earned his Master of Business Administration, Concentration in Entrepreneurship from Ball State University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. Most recently, Brian held the position of CEO and Director of First National Bank in Pinckneyville/First Perry Bancorp.
