EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the addition of five employees to the team. We welcome Angela Delancy, Shardul Dingankar, Lori Ledbetter, Curtis Mabry, and Beth Wanek.
Angela Delancy has been added to the staff as a Property Management Coordinator. In her new role, she will provide support to the property management department and assist in the development of a strategic plan for the assigned properties. She is a graduate of St. Mary of the Woods College holding a Bachelor of Science degree with a certification in Secondary Education and an emphasis in World History, Psychology, and US History. Angela has spent the last 22 years teaching and is now bringing her transferrable skills to Regency.
Shardul Dingankar has been hired as a Property Manager. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of Regency Properties, ensuring that properties are operating efficiently. He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University with a Master’s in Business Administration. Along with a professional background in engineering, Shardul has over three years of business operations and property management experience.
Lori Ledbetter will take on the role of Sr. Property Management Coordinator. In her new role, she will support the property management department by providing excellent customer service to our tenants and vendors as well as assist in the development of a strategic plan for assigned properties. Ledbetter is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Lori has over 30 years of administrative experience, most recently working with Berry Global.
Curtis Mabry will lead the property management department as the Director of Property Management. He is responsible for managing communications with the owners and tenants to ensure success in achieving operating goals and objectives. Mabry is a graduate of Mid-Continent University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has a background in safety, corporate property, and environmental health. Curtis has most recently worked with TOYO Automotive Parts.
Beth Wanek will take on the role of Director of Administration. In her new role, she will support the overall direction of the Administration department as well as assist our General Counsel with legal matters. Beth is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She has six years of legal commercial real-estate experience and is a member of both the Evansville Paralegal Association and the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA).
