Regency Properties Wins 7th Consecutive Customer Service Award

Regency Properties, a retail commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, has been awarded the 2019 National Commercial Real Estate Award for Customer Service Excellence for the 7th consecutive year. Industry analyst, CEL & Associates, Inc., is the nation’s largest surveyor of tenant satisfaction, and one A-List award is given annually in five categories based on portfolio size, type of firm and product specialization. Regency competes in Category 1, which is for portfolios with 35 or more properties.

“We are honored to receive this award. It is an outstanding achievement and a testament to our commitment to delivering continuous excellence and exceptional service to both our tenants and the customers they serve,” said Kevin Hammett, Regency’s President and CEO.

Since 1998, the Real Estate Award for Customer Service Excellence has served as the industry-leading benchmark for property performance and tenant satisfaction. Each year, CEL conducts more than 2.5 million tenant surveys to measure performance of commercial properties throughout the country. Survey questions evaluate the retail leasing and property management relationship, as well as the overall quality of services including maintenance, readiness and responsiveness to solve problems, property condition and lease renewal intention. Survey respondents rated Regency’s services and employees as “Outstanding” among their class. Regency Properties owns and manages 68 centers in 19 states, totaling 6.7 million square feet.
