Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, is pleased to announce and welcome Brad Mills as Construction Manager.  Mills will be responsible for the planning, supervising, and tracking of Regency’s construction projects.

Mills, a Newburgh, IN native, graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.  He has over 12 years of experience in construction management and is registered as a Professional Engineer in Indiana.  Most recently, Mills was a Project Manager for Sheffer Construction.  Prior to that, he owned and operated his own company, Capstone Engineering LLC., which specialized in commercial, industrial, and residential building designs.  He is also the President of Keystone Homeowner’s Association.
