Regency Properties Hires Two Employees

Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announced the addition of Brandon Taylor as Credit Analyst, which is a newly created position, and Chelsey Atkinson as Business Management Assistant.

Brandon Taylor HeadshotBrandon Taylor, a Greensburg, KY native, graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He is currently working towards a Master of Arts degree in Applied Economics at Western Kentucky University. Taylor joins Regency with experience in analytics, having previously worked for Vectren. In this new role, Brandon will prepare financial and credit analyses and serve as a backup resource for Regency’s Treasury functions. He will determine the creditworthiness and concentration of tenants within the portfolio.

“We are happy to have Brandon join our team at Regency,” stated Travis Brooks, Director of Finance. “His experience and knowledge will be a great asset to us as we continue to expand our portfolio.”

Chelsea Adkinson HeadshotChelsey Atkinson, an Evansville, IN native, graduated from Ivy Tech with an Associate degree in General Studies. She previously worked at Enterprise Holdings where she won the SPCS Appreciation Award for Outstanding Customer Service. In this role, Chelsey will provide support to the Business Manager in managing the day-to-day activities of 1.59 million square feet.
