Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, is pleased to announce the promotions of Travis Brooks, Jennie Jolly, Samantha Schembre, Nadia Steele, and Donna Williams.

Travis Brooks has been promoted to Director of Finance.  He initially began his career with Regency in November 2017 as Finance Manager.  Travis graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Minor in Finance.

Jennie Jolly has been promoted to Senior Leasing Coordinator.  She initially began her career with Regency in November 2015 as a Coordinator of Leasing.

Samantha Schembre has been promoted to Human Resources Generalist.  She initially began her career with Regency in September 2016 as a Human Resources Assistant.  Schembre graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor’s in Business Management.  Additionally, she received her HR SHRM-CP certification in December 2017.

Nadia Steele has been promoted to Senior Tenant Accounting Specialist.  She initially began her career with Regency in October 2014 as an Administrative Assistant in the Business Management Department. She then transferred to the Tenant Accounting Specialist position in May 2015.  Steele graduated from St. Leo University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting.

Donna Williams has been promoted to Senior Accounting Specialist.  She initially began her career with Regency in June 1993 as an Accounting Clerk.  Williams graduated from Indiana Vocational Technical College with an Associate’s in Accounting.
