Regency Promotes Two Employees

Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the promotion of Steve Brummel to Senior Business Manager and Julie Hammack to Senior Business Management Assistant.

Brummel joined Regency Properties in 2005 as a Property Manager for the Business Management Department. In his new role, Steve will continue to oversee all aspects of his 1.7 million square feet portfolio along with taking a leadership role within and outside of the department; including training and development of department staff. Steve graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

Hammack joined Regency Properties in December of 2016 as a Business Management Assistant. In her new role, Julie will continue to provide support to Business Managers, assist in the development of strategic property plans, and lead multiple projects within the Business Management department. Julie has over 19 years of experience in administrative work and customer service.

Regency Properties has three employees who recently completed continuing education programs. Lacey McCammack has completed the course work for a Visual Communications Technical Certificate through Ivy Tech with an emphasis in Graphic Design. Nic Oberholtzer has received a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida State University with a specialization in Real Estate. Karen Oldham, a Certified Administrative Professional, has completed and earned designations in project management and technology application through the International Association of Administrative Professionals.

“We congratulate Julie and Steve on their recent promotions. This attests to Regency’s commitment to advance employees who excel in their roles,” stated Tracy Stutz, Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. “We are also very proud of our employees who choose to further their education and achieve their goals.”
