EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the addition of Julie Hammack and Damon McClellan to the Regency Team.

Julie Hammack is returning to the Regency team as Director of Property Management. Julie began her career with Regency as a Business Management Assistant in 2016. Since then, she has held positions such as Senior Business Management Assistant, Senior Facilities Coordinator, and most recently held the position of Property Manager. In her new role, Julie will provide leadership and direction to the Property Management team in the day-to-day operations of the properties.

Damon McClellan will take on the role of IT Specialist. In this role, he will be responsible for setting up, managing, and troubleshooting computer and software networks. Damon holds an Associates degree in Applied Science in Computer IT from Owensboro Technical College. He has also earned multiple certifications in computer science such as CIT Fundamentals, Security+ Prep, TestOut Network Pro and more. Most recently, Damon held the position of Field Technician with NTT Data Services.
