Regency Announces Five New Employees

EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, welcomes Amanda Dellamuth, Kevin Holmberg, Cameron Klein, Jon Renner, and Sidney Schaffer to the Regency team.

Amanda Dellamuth will take on the role of Property Management Coordinator. In this role, she will provide support to the property management department and assist in the development of a strategic plan for her assigned properties. Amanda most recently held the position of Recruiting Manager at Supplemental Health Care.

Kevin Holmberg will take on the role of Maintenance Technician for our Northern Indiana properties. In this role, he will perform maintenance repairs, service requests, and work orders on behalf of Regency Property Services. Kevin has over 18 years of experience in maintenance.

Cameron Klein will take on the role of Financial Analyst. In this role, he will be responsible for providing financial analysis of property performance and assisting in acquisition and disposition of properties. Cameron was an Asset Management Intern for Regency in 2022 and recently graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Economics.

Jon Renner will take on the role of Accounting Manager. In this role, he will be responsible for assisting with month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, audit functions, and maintaining the capital management schedule. Jon graduated from the University of Southern Indiana and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Professional Services with a Minor in Management. Most recently, Jon held the position of Senior Accountant/Job Cost Accountant at Frontier-Kemper Constructors, Inc.

Sidney Schaffer will take on the role of Tenant Specialist. In this role, she will be responsible for holding tenants accountable for their lease on the billing and collections side. Sidney holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Business Administration from Ivy Tech Community College and most recently held the position of Office Coordinator/Payroll Specialist at Komar Accounting.
