Regency Welcomes Two New Employees

Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the addition of two new employees. Jamie Edmonson has joined the team as Senior Director of Leasing and Ashley Seyffarth as Marketing Coordinator.

Edmonson, in his new role, will direct the leasing representatives in deal making and the promotion of Regency Property Services client’s assets. Jamie is a graduate of Athens State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management. He has more than 23 years of experience in Real Estate, Legal, Lease Administration, Accounting, Construction, Property Management and Store Operations at Hibbett Sports, Inc.

“We are excited to add Jamie to the Regency team,” remarked Jim Wittman, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. “His experience and knowledge will additionally strengthen our best-in-class leasing team as we work to expand our portfolio throughout the country.”

Seyffarth, in her new role, is responsible for designing files on Regency’s behalf, writing press releases, and updating and maintaining the website. Ashley is an Evansville native and recently graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Art degree with an emphasis in Graphic Design. She plans to continue her education to earn her master’s degree in graphic design.

“We welcome Ashley to the Client Services team,” said Jessica Wildeman, Director of Client Services. “Her graphic design talent will help us immensely”.
