Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, named Tina Schutte to the position of business manager.  Schutte’s primary responsibility will be maintaining operations and tenant services for Regency’s shopping centers located across the Midwest and Southeast.

Schutte is an Evansville native, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales, customer service, and project management.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Southern Indiana and an Essentials of Project Management Certificate from Villanova University.  Schutte is also deeply involved with the community, most recently as a Committee Member for the University of Evansville’s Outstanding Educator Award from 2013-2017. Previously, she served as  Alumni Trustee for the University of Southern Indiana.
