EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the addition of Jason Grimes. Jason will be filling a new role for Regency as the Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager position is a new role at Regency and will manage Regency’s portfolio of 67 properties in 19 states to our exceptional property standards. He will supervise the maintenance tech team and onsite vendors to make sure all routine maintenance and issues are handled accordingly.

Grimes served 22 years in the Unites States Air Force, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Logistics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. His wife Kelli is a native of Newburgh and they have three children Justyce, Kiera, and Charles.
