Regency Properties Welcomes Class of 2018 Interns

Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, welcomes the class of 2018 interns.  Each year Regency Properties selects a group of talented college students to work alongside employees, gaining valuable experience and insight in a corporate setting.

Kaylee Bettag, an Evansville native, will be a senior this fall at the University of Evansville.  She expects to receive her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing in December 2019. Bettag is a Schroeder School of Business Student Ambassador, which means she prospects new students to attend the University of Evansville.  Bettag is interning for the Leasing department.

Riley Shanks, an Evansville native, currently attends the University of Evansville.  He is majoring in Finance and Marketing.  Shanks is the Treasurer for his fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon.   Shanks is interning for the Business Management department.

Caleb Grammer, an Evansville native, attends the University of Southern Indiana. He is majoring in Accounting and Finance. Grammer is the Accounting Club President, Beta Alpha Psi Vice President of Publicity, Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Committee Head and Evansville’s IMA Chapter’s Director of Student Affairs.  Grammer is interning for the Accounting and Finance departments.

Julie Boeker, an Iuka, Illinois native, currently attends Murray State University.  She is majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and anticipates graduating with her Bachelor of Science degree this December.  She is very involved with Alpha Sigma Alpha as the Treasurer, President of the Logistics and Supply Chain Club, President of the Murray State Lions Club, Logistics chair for St. Jude Up ‘til Dawn Executive Board, and Ms. Murray State University Scholarship Pageant Director.  Boeker is interning for the Asset Management department.

Sydnee Kuebler, a Jasper native, attends Ball State University.  She is majoring in Advertising with a minor in Marketing and is expected to graduate in Spring 2019.  Kuebler is skilled in office Adobe programs like InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Kuebler is interning for the Marketing department.

Jessica Lugo, a Paducah, Kentucky native, is enrolled in Murray State University’s Mathematics Master’s program.  She graduated from Murray State in December 2017 with a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and minor in Engineering Science.  Lugo is interning for the Acquisitions department.
