Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, recently acquired Boulevard Crossing Shopping Center in Kokomo, Indiana. Regency currently owns 29 retail shopping centers in Indiana.

Boulevard Crossing, a 125,582 square foot retail shopping center, is located off IN-931 at 2100 East Boulevard Crossing Street. Boulevard Crossing is in the dominant retail shopping area and is anchored by T.J. Maxx. The center also features a good mix of national shops including, Petco, Shoe Carnival, Ulta, Kirkland’s, and McAlister’s Deli.
