Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces that Andrew Fellon has been appointed to their Board of Managers. Mr. Fellon brings extensive leadership and business management experience to the Regency board.

Mr. Fellon is currently President of Fellon-McCord & Associates, LLC and the Business Leader of Trane’s Energy Supply Services (ESS), a global energy procurement and management company, formerly Fellon-McCord. In co-founding Fellon-McCord in 1992, Mr. Fellon was a pioneer in the creation of today’s energy supply procurement & management industry serving the needs of many of the world’s largest corporations. Additionally, he co-founded Alliance Energy Services Partnership with Conoco, Inc. and served as the President & CEO of CNEG until 2007. In July 2018, he was appointed a member of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Electricity Advisory Committee. Mr. Fellon has served on the Board of Directors of the American Life & Accident Insurance Company of Kentucky and its holding company, Hardscuffle, Inc., since 2011 and is the chair of its audit committee. Mr. Fellon also serves on the Board of Directors for Maryhurst, a Louisville based non-for-profit organization and the Aluminum Association. He is a member of the Energy & Environmental Policy Council for the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Industrial Energy Consumers Association, and the United Fresh Produce Association.
Mr. Fellon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University in Industrial & Management Systems Engineering. He currently resides in Louisville, Kentucky with his wife and has two daughters and is a member of several non-profit organizations.
