Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announced the promotion of Nic Oberholtzer to the position of Director of Asset Management.

Oberholtzer joined Regency Properties in March 2015 as the Financial Analyst and in 2016 was promoted to Finance Manager. In this newly created role as Director, he will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and reporting the financial performance of equity investments in the company’s real estate portfolio. His primary focus will be on asset evaluation and the long-term capital strategy for the company. Currently, he is working to complete his MBA with a specialization in Real Estate through Florida State University.
