Evansville, IN – January 15, 2026 – Regency Properties Services is pleased to announce the addition of Brett Faulkner and Dana Pauli to further strengthen the firm’s operational expertise and support of its commercial real estate portfolio.
Brett Faulkner has joined the Property Management Department as a Property Manager. In this role, he will oversee day-to-day property operations, vendor coordination, and tenant relations, ensuring a high standard of service and operational excellence across his portfolio of properties.
Dana joins the Lease Administration Department as Lease Compliance Coordinator. In this role, Dana will ensure tenants meet their obligations as outlined in their leases – including HVAC Maintenance, insurance compliance (COis), and other key operational responsibilities.
