EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jessica Wildeman to Vice President of Lease Administration, effective July 1, 2025.

In her expanded role, Wildeman will continue to lead the Lease Administration department while taking on broader responsibilities in budgeting and forecasting across Leasing, Lease Administration, and Property Management. Her efforts will focus on aligning operational strategies with financial targets and driving stronger Net Operating Income (NOI) performance across the Regency Core Assets (RCA) portfolio.

Wildeman joined Regency in May 2017 as Director of Marketing and was promoted to Senior Director of Lease Administration and Marketing in December 2021. Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, financial acumen, and a deep commitment to operational excellence.
