The Caro Shopping Center has welcomed our new tenant Ollie’s to the community.  We have had the pleasure of working with Ollie’s over the past several years, to place them in various other shopping centers we own. We look forward to continuing to grow this wonderful relationship that is both valuable for Ollie’s and our shopping center communities.

Our leasing team consistently maximizes our current tenant relationships and utilizes their expansive knowledge of our trade markets to help our retailers expand their businesses. In this case, they knew the criteria for Ollie’s and partnered with them to determine if the Caro Centre would fit their growth strategy.  It did, and we are excited to make this new opening announcement.
